Virtual help desk

SHARCNET provides an online help desk in an effort to smooth the transition for our new users. You can access the help desk via your web browser (note that a microphone and web cam is helpful for this, although not required). The purpose of the help desk is to provide support for the more novice user who has questions regarding usage, policies, job management, etc.; Note: we will not be able to provide detailed debugging, application or design consultation at these times. If you need more in-depth assistance, please contact one of our staff members directly.
